They are getting worse every month. It took them more than 5 months to provide me with the reports for the end of the year, so I was forced to submit them after the deadline. They kept asking me for invoices from 2 years ago, when the accounting was already submitted and, on top of that, most of them were already on the platform. All to pressure me to pay the outrageous ā¬500 they charge for a procedure that I could have done myself in 20 minutes. Now I have been waiting for this year's reports for a month, because I'm tired, and, of course, I am going to change service providers..
