They are getting worse every month. It took them more than 5 months to provide me with the reports for the end of the year, so I was forced to submit them after the deadline. They kept asking me for invoices from 2 years ago, when the accounting was already submitted and, on top of that, most of them were already on the platform. All to pressure me to pay the outrageous €500 they charge for a procedure that I could have done myself in 20 minutes. Now I have been waiting for this year's reports for a month, because I'm tired, and, of course, I am going to change service providers..

Since your review, we've significantly restructured our reporting processes to ensure timely delivery and better organization of existing documentation. We've also improved our internal systems to better track previously submitted documents and prevent redundant requests. We understand your decision to change providers and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience in detail. Unfortunately, my experience with this service provider has been a nightmare. They worked well initially when setting up the OÜ, but as my entity's needs evolved, the issues kept growing. Once I had more than two invoices to upload, they didn't know how to handle it, despite assuring me during the sales pitch that they were experts with businesses like ours (which is not a unique one, by the way). Customer service? It's completely nonexistent. I experienced the same issues detailed by other e-Residents here. In the beginning (around March-April 2023), you could open cases on their platform (which was unstable) to keep track of discussions and hopefully resolve them. However, they soon started cutting down communication channels with clients, leaving only the option of either starting a chat (good luck getting a reply in less than 24 hours, if the chat works at all) or sending an email. Sometimes, I had to wait over a week for a vague reply that added no clarity or value. Different agents responded with different answers to the same question. A total mess. I felt sorry for them as in my view they are simply the front-line of a system which doesn't work as such. I offered several (yes, several) times to speak over the phone to attempt resolving the issues on the spot and avoid the delayed (mis)communication, but they never acknowledged this proposal. The final confirmation of where Companio's priorities lie came to me when I emailed them about my decision to stop their services. They replied in less than five minutes (suddenly they were quick for certain things!) asking for my reasons before they could assist with the handover to the new service provider. They also immediately charged my card for the next period. Charging you is something (probably the only thing) they truly do quickly. Another issue I faced was with the Annual Report. I requested and paid for their services in early January, but they only presented it right at the edge of the legal deadline several months later, rushing me to provide details they couldn't figure out themselves. Essentially, they took my money in January and did nothing until they had to by the end of the first half of the year. They certainly don't treat you as they promise when contracting their services—that's my takeaway. I purposefully waited a couple of months for things to settle down before writing this review, and I feel I could elaborate even more on my experience. I sincerely hope this review helps unaware entrepreneurs avoid the mistake of believing in their value propositions unless you consciously want to add another stone in your path.

Since this happened, we have completely transformed our customer service system, replacing the old ticket system with direct chat support from our agents. We have also significantly improved our internal processes, particularly in handling annual reports and managing multiple invoices. Your detailed feedback about response inconsistencies, communication issues, and response times has been very useful in implementing significant changes in how we operate. I had a horrible experience with this service. As a new e-resident, I felt completely taken advantage of. Throughout all of 2023, I was paying 100 euros a month for nothing because my company was inactive. On top of that, they asked for 500 euros for the annual report. Communication was incredibly slow and it was impossible to get answers to any of my questions. When I requested to cancel the agreement, it took them 5 days to process it. Their only interest seems to be in money, not providing any real service. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

However, we recognize we could have communicated this better and provided clearer value during your company's inactive phase. The delay in processing your cancellation and the slow communication you experienced don't meet our service standards. We're working on improving our response times and making our support more efficient. Your feedback about feeling taken advantage of as a new e-resident is particularly important to us, as we aim to make the e-residency journey smoother, not more complicated. We're working on improving our onboarding process to ensure better transparency about our fees and services from the start. FATAL... Coincido plenamente en la poquísima seriedad que tienen en el trato al cliente. Es un error depositar la confianza en ellos. Creé una empresa en estonia con ellos y al finalizar el año he tenido problemas con las tasas. Estos problemas se produjeron en febrero. Estamos en abril y he perdido la cuenta de la infinidad de emails, mensajes del chat e incidencias que he enviado. Lo peor es que todos ellos son leídos, como aparece en el chat y en tracker, mÔs de una vez, y han pasado a no darme ningún tipo de respuesta. He contactado con el correspondiente de la Hacienda en Estonia y me dicen que el dinero de las tasas que pagué mal aconsejada por ellos y que reclamé se lo han quedado porque la devolución ya fue efectuada a la cuenta de ellos. Desde ayer me han sacado del chat y ahora me aparece todo el tiempo que estÔn fuera de servicio o que no hay agentes aún en horario laboral con el circulito de "disponibles". Tampoco hay contestación a ninguno de los mensajes que les he enviado a través del correo oficial del soporte, prÔcticamente uno al día, con capturas de pantalla del chat y todo. A través de esta vía les he pedido poner una reclamación y no respetan ni la ley al no dar respuesta a una petición como esta. Se estÔn quedando con mi dinero, no ofrecen el servicio de atención que dicen que ofrecen y, para colmo, no me responden ni para resolver otras dudas banales de las que les pueden surgir a cualquier cliente. De hecho, una de las cuentas bancarias se me ha desconectado y la plataforma no me deja reconectarla, lo que es un problema de la interfaz. Eso supone que no se puedan contabilizar bien mis facturas. Tampoco contabilizaron bien las facturas del mes pasado y eso me ha supuesto tener que pagar mÔs tasas. Lo único que hacen es enviarte mensajes automatizados, pero no existe la comunicación. Sigo en mitad de todos estos problemas sin solución alguna. Una vergüenza absoluta.

Me preocupa especialmente saber que has tenido que enviar tantos mensajes sin recibir respuesta, y que ademÔs los problemas técnicos con la plataforma han afectado la conexión de tu cuenta bancaria y la contabilización correcta de tus facturas. Entiendo que esto te ha generado gastos adicionales en impuestos, lo cual no es justo para ti. No hay excusa para la falta de comunicación que has experimentado, ni para no haber procesado tu reclamación formal como corresponde. Tu caso nos muestra claramente dónde necesitamos mejorar urgentemente, tanto en nuestros procesos internos como en nuestra atención al cliente.
