Creative Destruction Lab Estonia (CDL-Estonia), located at the University of Tartu, offers a Digital Society mentorship program for early-stage deep-tech startups working on digital governance, cyber security, and digital health innovations. Estonia has long been globally recognised for being the world’s most advanced digital society — pioneering frictionless government e-services such as e-voting, e-banking, e-healthcare, online school education, and for having the highest ratio of start-ups per capita in the world. By utilising local expertise and a global network of 13 sites, CDL has been recognised as a top 10 global program for accelerating startups by CB Insights. Creative Destruction Lab is without fees, no equity mentorship program for science and technology based startups.
