About
Our mission and purpose is to provide e-residents only what they need to get started on their journey and then get out of the way. We will be there to support you with anything that may come up while running your business - legal questions, hiring, accounting or even liquidation.
We provide affordable e-resident services such as incorporation and contact person service and other business services if needed (document delivery, corporate changes, accounting etc). We focus on companies who are looking to have services purchased separately and not bundled together and we focus on companies who are in it for the long-term and value long-term commitment. We offer discounted prices for longer subscription periods.
We also provide legal services such as liquidation, shareholder/capital changes, agreement drafting and immigration help.

Procurist service

We can act as a procurist for your company for cases when you cannot use your digital id. A procurist has the legal right to represent the company, for example when it becomes to filing tax returns. We offer this for a fee of 300 euros per year.
Eligibility
For onboarding a passport copy and a filled+signed KYC form is needed.
Restrictions
We cannot onboard certain nationalities such as citizens and residents of Iran, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Syria, Yemen.
