Payoneer is a very unprofessional business and either unwilling or incapable of solving issues. We have been using Payoneer for our business and wanted to get the account access changed to other credentials. Payoneer has not been able to fix this over a course of 4 months now. Each message contains very similar context - we are happy to help and come back on short notice seems to be a standard term. Unfortunately nothing happens. Clearly, do not use this company, especially when dealing with money transaction one should pick a more serious company.

This is probably the most absurd experience I ever had with Payoneer. Been using Payoneer for a long time as one of my private online accounts, I thought Payoneer could be a nice option for my e-residency company account too. I gathered every documents they required, submitted. During the whole application procedure, I made dozens of calls to explain the situation: a digital nomad who owns a e-residency company in Estonia while living in another country. But after waiting for a month, I was told I had to connect a traditional bank card, under my company's name, to the new Payoneer account. It's difficult for me to understand their reasons here, if any. Why do I need to open a business account on Payoneer if I already had a bank card of my company? Maybe it is just me missing something I should know. But if you want to save your time and efforts, be careful with Payoneer's verification paperworks.

Payoneer is one of the best known and reputable payment service providers in the market. They have been in the market since 2005. Payoneer is client oriented and has a high level of service and client support. A great solution for e-residents.
