We have branches in Finland, the USA (LA) and Switzerland offer consulting services for local individuals who are interested in operating in Estonia.
We provide tailor-made solutions for current and future six to eight-figure entrepreneurs. We offer custom corporate governance solutions for e-residents running high-growth companies. The services include company incorporation, accounting, tax & legal advisory and business consulting. We work with software developers, consultants, SaaS, eCommerce, FinTechs and blockchain companies.
All clients get full access to our Zero To Scale dashboard to manage their companies. Our services are covered by professional liability insurance for accounting.

We have worked with Comistar for almost a year now. They have helped us with legal and accounting services for multiple companies in Estonia, and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. They are always available to answer any questions that arise and are very knowledgeable. They are reliable accountants and are very fast to execute legal changes we need. And they have accommodated a lot of custom needs our companies have, including support for numerous providers and banks that other solutions usually do not allow, plus support for custom company structures. Finally, they are also members of our Slack workspace which makes communication work seamlessly. I could not recommend them more, especially for companies with multiple shareholders and specific needs.
