I haven’t been able to complete the company setup yet due to some name-related issues. However, even though these problems were not caused by Enty, the entire support team handled the process as if it were their own responsibility. I was a happy customer for 2 years until I initiated the liquidation process. As soon as I notified them, they started missing official deadlines (still overdue), not taking responsibility and lying about the reasons. I am still waiting for them to have the annual report prepared, after 3 months since they supposedly started, and more than a month overdue. That means I cannot continue with the liquidation process (with the costs that has), and that I might get fined. No interest on their side to resolve the situation, which is very sad given how easy going they were up until now. I really hope they take customers seriously not only when they join but also when they leave. Specially after being loyal and paying one of the highest tiers for 2 years.
