ESA BIC Estonia is the first ESA Business Incubation Centre in the Baltic states, based in Tartu, Estonia. We support deep-tech startups that use European Space Agency technologies, data, and expertise to build innovative products and services in non-space markets. Since our founding, we have supported 39+ startups with up to €60,000 in incentive funding, a €50,000 business development loan, and up to 80 hours of technical, business, and IP mentoring from ESA's international expert network. Our six focus areas: space technology, unmanned aviation, artificial intelligence, health & biotechnology, green technology, and dual-use technology. As part of the ESA BIC network spanning 22 countries, our startups gain access to ESA facilities, pan-European partnerships, and a global community of space entrepreneurs. Operating from Tartu Science Park, the first science and technology park in the Baltic states, we are building Estonia's deep-tech ecosystem one company at a time.
