What We Do at Maxwise OÜ
We help make starting and running an international business in the EU at ease. For over 30 years, we have been helping with bookkeeping and legal services — so you are in good hands. We can help you set up your company, handle your bookkeeping, and manage your everyday transactions , following the one-stop-shop principle. We take care of the daily admin work and make all the documents which are needed for cross-border deals. That includes VAT and OSS returns, VIES forms, and preparing and submitting annual reports .

During registration, you can either use your own e-Residency ID card or give our lawyer a power of attorney (POA) so we can handle the notary part for you.
