It is very easy to use. Specially everything is integrated to the system. Probably easier than hiring the actual accountant. Highly recommend to anyone who does not have many transactions. But even if you do it can handle it. Also, customer service is just excellent. It was totally my fault that I tried to use the service without realising the requirements, however the team communicated in order to resolve the issue and make sure everything is good to go. One of those services that can help founders to lower the operational cost!

For any small business, the self service portal of IamAnn is a great option. Just by uploading the bank statement and entering any non bank transactions, the system generates the Annual Report as required by the Estonian Business Registry and from there it takes few steps to submit the report. A special mention to their customer support team who provide timely support to explain and troubleshoot any glitches on the way. Highly recommended.
