User Experience and User Interface is very nice. although new competitors are coming up with much better apps. Compliance function is becoming unsatisfactory. It is not clear what they will ask and what they may ask. Only EUR is fully supported.

My business was approved in April 2024, I have been using them since then for one month already, nice service so far. The only downside is lack of virtual Visa card service (I am unable to order physical card due to physically being in Ukraine, which is not EEA as of time of writing). Their payment gateway is not the most convenient, can't yet recommend them for such services, but as a bank, Paysera is a good choice.

Wanted to have them as gateway for our webshop. But to do that i had to open a personal account. No problem. I did that. Then they said i had to apply for a credit/debit card integration. I did that. Then they denied it. So they approved the company account and private account but denied us to take card payments for our website. We have an apparel website...... So i could understand if this was a risk decision, but it is just not! I believe it's due to the fact that we live around the world, but the company is in estonia. But they won't tell ofcourse.

Totally waste of time, When I tried to open an account then they 1st asked me to open a personal account and again asking additional documents like a work contract, visa, and work permit. But as per their requirements, they just needed e-resident Information and company information. Totally useless and their customer support team is extremely rude.

Doesn't work.tried to register at first sms didn't came , tried anothe phone and number, sms arrived, but when I switched to get the number from sms application, the paysera application lost its state and no longer waited to accept the code which came and the progress of registration reverted back and cleared completely inviting to create account again, I was trying to get a new sms but only got "you are sending too many requrests , try after few minute" I have send two requests and would not say argue that it's too much and even after an hour it rejected to send me another sms. So it's impossible to understand what is "few minutes" in terms of this program. Everything has been screwed up not very optimal design and implementation. You should probably work more with unhappy cases not only with happy cases.
