Hi. Information is poor in terms of understanding the regions, currencies, and cards eligibles to decide to hire Xolo or not. How can I cantact someone?

I am very disappointed with their service. Despite requesting the deletion of my data, they still hold my personal information and my account remains active on their website. https://app.xolo.io/profile/donamix I repeatedly requested them to delete my account and personal documents, but they refused to do so and eventually stoped responding to my emails. Their communication has been extremely slow and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve my issues. Additionally, they have refused to comply with my data rights and are not transparent about how they handle personal information. After they decided not to proceed with my onboarding, I successfully registered my company and opened a bank account with another service provider. I do not recommend their services based on this experience.

They do not deal with companies that have cryptocurrency payments even if everything is done by the book. Crypto entrepreneurs look elsewhere.
