The biggest downside is the customer experience around compliance-critical work. My annual report was not submitted on time, and I wasn’t proactively or clearly informed early enough about what was missing, what actions were needed from me, and the real deadlines/risks. Communication felt late and reactive. I also strongly dislike the pricing policy fees feel unpredictable and can increase at seemingly arbitrary times, which makes budgeting difficult and reduces trust.

PROS: Good price/value service, they provide an estonian address for your E-Residency company for free (you have to pay for this at other service providers), the app, the online onboarding process is super simple and works fine / CONS: 2-5 business day customer support response time is super long. Until this point I recommend them.
