This is my first experience with a full-service SAAS provider for all business needs around my OÜ incorportation . Comparison is to German and Turkish accountants over the last 10 years. I am absolutely amazed at the quality of service, the speed of support, and actually getting answers that help. So happy I trusted enty.io. PS I have the monthly 109 euro tariff.

I made a monthly payment and got a big nothing in return, he wants money in installments for everything later, he does not respond to e-mails, we may have been fined right now because of this company.

I do not write reviews often, but this is the case when I'm done. The service is super laggy, it has a lot of problem. I will list some of the issues which I faced during my usage: - There is always some problems with transactions being automatically updated from the bank (Wise). At first it was not updated at all, after my message to support, they fixed it, but now all the transactions are duplicated and they have not fixed it yet. - Bugs with employment contracts. They promise to provide you with a convenient solution for hiring workers, however when I was hiring my first employee, I could not view the contract generated by site, they fixed it after my message to the support, however not when I'm trying to create a contract for new employee, there are a lot of mistakes in the contract (not showing the contract number and other important data properly) - And, finally, the thing that just got me crazy is that I was carefully adding invoices and other documents to my transactions in there panel, and now after the end of the reporting period I got message from their support, stating that I had not any transactions in the last period and I didn't provide them with any documents. How is that possible? Looks like their site is not working properly at all. I consider their price for monthly reporting with such a standard of service as extremely high. I have to always worry about something and doublecheck everything. It is crazy. 2 stars for cute design and nice accountant consultation, however everything else works extremely bad.
