Natural persons residents of the Russian Federation provided they confirm with their signature that they are not involved in the military conflict in Ukraine and do not support the Russian armed forces in any way.
Restrictions
Magrat does not accept:
Clients or business partners from FATF black-listed countries
Individuals or entities under international sanctions or involved in their evasion
Persons suspected of illegal activity (e.g. money laundering, terrorist financing, or terrorist ties)
Entities linked to WMDs, arms trade, or private military services
Those involved in pornography, prostitution, or illegal drugs (incl. cannabis)
Persons convicted of money laundering in the last 10 years (unless officially disproven)
