The automation is insane—having my Stripe ledger directly synced so I never have to manually upload CSVs again is a game-changer. We set up our Estonian company through Enty as non-EU founders, and a month in, the experience has been consistently good. Two things stand out. First, they are proactive rather than reactive. Our accountant flagged that our VAT registration would become mandatory because of a specific service we were subscribing to — before it became a problem — and explained exactly why. That is the kind of thing you usually find out too late with a cheaper provider. Second, response times. Every question we have sent has been answered the same day or the next, including ones that were clearly awkward. When a scheduled call with their tax consultant fell through because of a time zone mix-up, he wrote out full written answers to all nine of our questions instead, the same evening. We have never had to chase anything. We also needed a specific confirmation letter for a foreign tax authority, in a particular form. They produced it within a day. When we came back asking for a version where the digital signature was visible on the page, that arrived the next morning, with a complete signature validation block. The platform keeps contracts, e-signatures, the bank feed and accounting in one place, which removes a lot of small friction. It is still early for us — we have not been through a full annual report yet — but so far Enty has done what we needed, quickly and without fuss.
