Unfortunately they are Nazist, and do not even hide it. I opened an account, and they blocked me without any warning on the very next day. I had to reach out their support by myself to ask what was the reason – well they said literally "we don't work with people of your nationality". Even though I am legal permanent resident of EU, live and pay taxes here for years. Crazy!

Hello, thank you for your comment. Genome operates under strict EU and international regulations that prohibit us from providing services to residents or nationals of certain countries. Your account verification was automatically declined in line with these requirements, and this was communicated by our support team.

Becarful they might be scammers, I signed up for an account with Genome. As I was going through the verification process, I submitted a USA government issued Drivers License and it got rejected, this was the email Genome sent me. Your account didn’t pass the verification because you have used the wrong type of document. Please, go back to your dashboard, proceed to verification and add the correct type of document. So I uploaded my passport and Genome shut down my account and got this email. We are closing your wallet according to our T&C Dear client, Please be informed that under our Terms and Conditions (Clauses 12 and 20), and our internal Risk and AML Policies, we are closing your individual Genome wallet 105XXXXXXX with immediate effect. You can read more about our Terms and Conditions here: https://genome.eu/terms If you disagree with our decision, you may first file a complaint with Genome. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your claim through the Bank of Lithuania's electronic consumer dispute resolution system and/or directly with the Bank of Lithuania. Best regards, Genome team My question is why do you need to see two offical ID documents to just close the account? Seems very odd becareful with this company. They maybe scammers.

After being disappointed with Wise as they said any new Estonia comapny shall be in a waiting list, I decided to search for another service which could give me am IBAN. Everything went fine, and after submiting my documents, I got my IBAN approved in less than 5 min. Will update here in case I change my opinion.
